SEC's review of Cboe's cross-venue ISO rule change now extended at all four equities exchanges. Having already pushed its decision deadline for Cboe BZX's Rule 11.9(d) amendment — which would let an Intermarket Sweep Order be entered as a non-displayed order and set the price level at which the system treats an ISO as available to other incoming orders — to 21 September, the SEC has now set matching extended deadlines for the identical companion filings: BYX to 21 September, and EDGX/EDGA (Rule 11.8(c)) to 22 September. Cboe's "Data Vendor" market-data program now filed at all four equities exchanges. BZX, EDGX and EDGA have each filed (immediately effective) the rule change already reported at BYX on 28 July, introducing a defined "Data Vendor" term and a formal program governing redistribution of Cboe's market-data feeds. Texas Stock Exchange files CAT compliance-rule amendment. TXSE proposed (immediately effective) a change to Exchange Rule 4.007, its Consolidated Audit Trail compliance rule, aligning it with the amended CAT NMS Plan requirement that broker-dealers report whether the original receipt or origination of a sell order meets certain criteria — relevant to short-sale-related order-marking data under CAT.
