Thailand — SET: The Stock Exchange of Thailand's revised listing criteria for "New Economy" issuers took effect today, 11 September, after SEC Thailand approval: lower market-cap and revenue-track-record thresholds for ten targeted industry groups (advanced healthcare, next-generation automotive, smart electronics and others), a dedicated track for BOI/EEC-promoted companies, relaxed requirements for foreign issuers already listed abroad (dropping the need to show a local manufacturing base), and updated silent-period rules. Indonesia: OJK's regulation (POJK) implementing IDX demutualisation — flagged here yesterday as due this month — is still not issued; officials say the harmonisation review at the Ministry of Law is expected to close this week, ahead of numbering and promulgation. Watch for it.
