ESMA consults on a Listing Act prospectus-disclosure package. Published 9 September, the package pairs a consultation on revised disclosure guidelines (11 questions, comments due 9 November) with updated prospectus Q&As, final guidelines on supplements introducing new securities to a base prospectus, and a final RTS report on key financial information in prospectus summaries. It consolidates the separate risk-factor guidelines into the main disclosure guidelines and trims the rulebook from 57 guidelines across 18 sections to a proposed 49 across 14, aimed at issuers and advisers preparing prospectuses under the post-Listing Act regime.
