MBIE opens consultation on next phase of capital markets reforms. New Zealand's Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment launched a six-week consultation covering product disclosure statement settings, director/issuer liability, Catalist market settings, audit requirements for unlisted-securities exchanges, crowdfunding and P2P lending limits, wholesale-investor settings, auditor liability, and broker visibility of offers.
