Accelerated approval of an Options Clearing Corporation rule change (SR-OCC-2026-007, as amended) requires OCC to pay Clearing Members interest on margin cash and Clearing Fund cash — excluding CME cross-margined accounts — at a rate tied to the Fed's IORB less a 10bp cash-management fee.
